1. Slam the accelerator just after starting

The diesel engine of the small forklift has just started, the housing temperature is low, the viscosity of the automobile oil is large, and the circulation is poor. The automobile oil cannot flow smoothly to each lubricating point in a short time. If the accelerator is slammed at this time, the speed of the car will rise in a flash. Although the oil volume and working pressure provided by the high-pressure oil pump will also increase, the regulations on the amount of grease and steam pressure of each sports pair cannot be considered in a flash. The sports pair cannot create a very good grease film, causing instant dry friction and severe damage. The lubrication of all motion pairs is not good, and the friction resistance will also increase. If the accelerator is slammed, the piston rod, crankshaft, and engine crankshaft will cause a strong collision, accelerating the destruction of parts. In addition, for diesel engines equipped with turbochargers, it is very easy to damage the skeleton seal due to poor lubrication, resulting in common faults of turbocharging and reducing the output power of diesel engines. Therefore, after the small forklift is started, it shall operate at a stable low gear (about 500~700r/min), and it is prohibited to boom the accelerator.

2. Fill the cooling water immediately during the whole work process

Insufficient cooling water will cause the diesel engine to overheat due to insufficient water. The cooling water shall be filled immediately when the diesel engine is at high temperature, All the refrigeration systems will produce a large temperature difference in a moment, which will make the cylinder head, cylinder liner, engine block, etc. brittle in a moment, causing microcracks, and slowly leak water cooling water, leading to oil leakage and steam leakage. Therefore, when the temperature of the diesel engine is too high, it is necessary to rotate at a slightly high speed for full load operation. When the temperature drops to 50 ° C, stop the fire, unscrew the heat pipe radiator cap, drain the water vapor, and slowly introduce the cooling water. The loader air conditioner is modified.

3. Stop the machine immediately after work

The small forklift is shut down with load or immediately after operation, and the refrigeration system then stops working, and the heat pipe cooling capacity drops sharply. A lot of heat generated during the work is piled up around the pyrogen and cannot be released immediately, which makes the cylinder head, cylinder liner, engine block and other parts burn out when encountering the cooling water of hot components, resulting in overheating of parts and high temperature burning loss. In addition, it will continue to mildew the car oil adhering to its surface, which will make the next start difficult. In addition, if the turbocharged diesel engine is shut down suddenly, the temperature of the supercharger will rise to 600 ° C, which is easy to damage the seal ring. Therefore, the small forklift shall be unloaded and operated under controlled load for 3~5min before stopping the fire, so that the machine temperature drops below 40 ° C, and the machine can be stopped when the temperature drops below 50 ° C.

4. Slam the throttle before stopping

Many operators mistakenly believe that by slamming the accelerator pedal before stopping, unnecessary and unlighted diesel engines can be left in the cylinder to facilitate the next start. In fact, this will lead to incomplete ignition, black smoke from the exhaust pipe, and increased carbon deposition; In addition, slamming a few accelerator pedals will suddenly expand the inertia moment of fitness sports parts and increase the damage of sports pairs; The next unburned gasoline and diesel oil will be injected along the cylinder wall with engine oil pan diluent to reduce the application cycle time of automobile oil. Therefore, the proper practical operation is to stop the machine after the middle and low speed gears operate stably under no load.

5. Bank of China's shovel during the whole shift process

When the small forklift is working, many drivers habitually rush towards the material pile with the inertial force of the equipment truck while shifting gears. Of course, after the speed is reduced, the raw materials are then shifted into gear for shoveling.
