1、 Composition of air conditioning system of loader

Air conditioning systems used on small forklift trucks all use a method called volatilization reduction refrigeration unit. This kind of system software consists of refrigeration compressor, condenser, liquid storage drying bottle, air conditioning expansion valve and air conditioning evaporator. Such components are connected with each other according to aluminum alloy tubes or rubber hoses, and the refrigerant is placed in the sealed pipeline system software (refrigeration cycle).

2、 Principle of air conditioning refrigeration cycle

The compressor is driven by the diesel engine. The high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant steam discharged from the refrigeration compressor enters the condenser according to the high-pressure rubber tube. Because the temperature of the high-pressure refrigerant steam is higher than that of the gas outside the window, the cooling fan is used to make the heat of the refrigerant steam in the condenser be carried away by the gas outside the window, so that the high-pressure refrigerant steam can be cooled into a high-pressure liquid with a higher temperature, Inject the drying bottle according to the high-pressure rubber tube, and pass through the air conditioner expansion valve after drying and filtering.

With the throttle valve function of the air conditioning expansion valve, the refrigerant becomes an ultra-low temperature, bottom pressure liquid and enters the air conditioning evaporator. It is vaporized under uniform conditions and digested and absorbed the heat of the gas outside the tube of the air conditioning evaporator, so that the temperature of the circulating gas in the trunk and car passing through the air conditioning evaporator is reduced and turned into an air conditioner. The refrigerant is sent into the trunk according to the blower motor to reduce the gas temperature in the car. The vaporized refrigerant vapor is sucked in by the refrigeration compressor to shrink, and then becomes the refrigerant vapor with high temperature and pressure. It is pressed into the condenser according to the high-pressure rubber tube, completing a refrigeration cycle of the air conditioning system.

3、 Operation Manual of Control Panel

The control panel on the housing is shown in the figure below. The functions of these power switches and display lights are:

1. Refrigeration power switch: used to operate the compressor.

2. Power switch of exhaust air volume; It is used to control the speed ratio of the volatile centrifugal fan, so as to select a suitable exhaust air volume.

3. Display light: bright red light indicates that the blower motor is running and the system software is in working attitude; The emerald green light indicates that the refrigeration compressor starts the refrigeration unit in a working attitude.

Adjust the view angle of the air outlet to change the view angle and direction of the wind blowing; Adjust the power switch of exhaust air volume to obtain high, medium and low exhaust air volume.

4、 Installation method of key components of loader air conditioner

The installation of key components is a particularly important stage in the adjustment of the air conditioning system. The quality of the key components of the air conditioning system depends on the cooperation between the dealer and the automobile manufacturer. The key components of the air conditioning system from the dealer to the automobile manufacturer are only processed as semi-finished products. They must be connected according to the automobile manufacturer's system to produce a complete picture. Therefore, the installation quality of air conditioners in the assembly line of automobile manufacturers will immediately endanger the quality of the air conditioning system.

Unscrew the anti fouling cap when connecting the pipe heads of the refrigeration compressor. It is unnecessary to place the pipe heads below the level to prevent the exposure of lubricating grease. When connecting the drive belt with the driving wheel, check the tension parallelism of the drive belt. The allowable deviation is 0~1mm. The tension of the transmission belt shall be checked in the following way: use the middle thumb to apply force to the point diastolic pressure of the transmission belt in the middle of the two wheels, and the elastic pressure range is 4~7mm.

During the whole process of transporting the condenser, handle it with care. It is not necessary to knock the rectangular square tubes of the liquid header to prevent refrigerant leakage. During installation, pay attention to the fact that the big pipe head is upward and the small pipe head is downward. When the pipe head is connected, unscrew the antifouling cap. When the pipe head is clamped, use two wrenches to clamp it vigorously in the opposite direction. Since the condenser is an aluminum profile, pay attention to the extent of use to prevent it from being locked. The route layout shall avoid high temperature area and obtuse angle area to avoid burns or damage.

The cap and pipe joint of the dry liquid storage bottle shall be opened after the preparation is completed to prevent the absorption of water in the air. There is a laminated glass liquid sight glass on the top of the liquid drying bottle. Be careful not to knock it to prevent refrigerant leakage. Attention shall be paid to the connection of the pipe head. The direction of the arrow symbol marked with "←" on the end of the liquid storage drying bottle shall be connected with the evaporator of the air conditioner in a relative way, and it shall not be inserted incorrectly.

During the whole transportation process of the air conditioner evaporator, handle it with care, and do not damage the pipeline to prevent refrigerant leakage. When the pipe head is connected, unscrew the anti fouling cap. When the pipe head is clamped, use two wrenches to firmly clamp it in the opposite direction. Do not loosen it to the air conditioning expansion valve.
