2、 Principle

High pressure and ultra-low temperature liquid refrigerant (134 α) After being shrunk by the refrigeration compressor, it becomes a high pressure and high temperature liquid (80 ° C), which is then cooled by the condenser (60 ° C) to a high pressure and high temperature liquid refrigerant. After being filtered by a dry bottle (low pressure 1.52.5 and high pressure 1216), it changes to a low pressure and ultra-low temperature gaseous refrigerant through the expansion valve and then to the volatilization tank. The principle of air conditioning is:

(a) After the ultra-low temperature and low pressure full gaseous refrigerant enters the refrigeration compressor, it will be reduced into high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant by the refrigeration compressor and sent to the condenser.

(b) The ultrahigh pressure gaseous refrigerant transmits the temperature to the plate fin type of the condenser in the condenser, and the centrifugal fan of the condenser discharges the heat outward. After temperature reduction, high temperature, high pressure and gaseous refrigerants become medium temperature and high pressure liquid refrigerants, which are sent to the expansion valve in a full liquid way after passing through the liquid receiver, condenser, dry bottle and window.

(c) When the full liquid refrigerant quickly flows through the expansion valve, the expansion valve will open a throttle valve to change the liquid refrigerant into a gaseous refrigerant, rapidly reduce the temperature and pressure, and then send it to the air-conditioning evaporator through the liquid separation head.

(d) The centrifugal fan of the air conditioner evaporator pumps the gas in the vehicle into the air conditioner evaporator, and then carries out the heat exchanger with the ultra-low temperature and low pressure aerosol refrigerant through the fins. The refrigerant continuously digests and absorbs the warm air in the vehicle, volatilizes the ultra-low temperature and low pressure aerosol refrigerant into the ultra-low temperature and low pressure full gaseous refrigerant, and then sends it to the low pressure end of the refrigeration compressor through the economic management channel to carry out the next cycle system.
